Associate, Orbital Academy (6-Month Internship)

About the role

TEAM LEWIS, a global marketing agency, is running the Orbital AI Academy, a 6-month internship training programme in Singapore. It is a training-first programme, not a standard entry-level job, and is open to fresh graduates and final-year students. Participants work hands-on with Orbital, the agency's AI-powered marketing operating system, and receive structured training and direct access to senior leaders. High-performing Associates may convert to a permanent role after 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Help build client materials and profiles within Orbital, supporting teams across the business
• Run execution through Orbital's AI agents (Scout, Ping, Coach, Prism, Editor, Presenter and more) on live client and internal work
• Test and give feedback on new product builds as Orbital evolves
• Work with senior Orbital and client leads to understand how AI is applied in real client scenarios
• Join a founding cohort helping define new ways of working in marketing

Required profile

• Genuine interest in and curiosity about AI, with no marketing or agency background required
• Fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to be part of something new
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to test, break and improve new product builds
• Collaborative, proactive and excited by the idea of a founding cohort
