Associate Project Manager - QARA Transformation and Delivery

About the role

ResMed is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join its QARA Transformation and Delivery team in Tuas, Singapore. The team drives process improvement, strategic projects and organisational change so that ResMed stays agile, future-ready and compliant. This role ensures QARA deliverables and regulatory compliance are embedded in QARA-led and enterprise projects, supporting the delivery of QARA projects and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, plan and deliver QARA deliverables in compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485, FDA and MDR.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for QARA-led projects and enterprise transformation initiatives related to ERP (Oracle), MES or WMS.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules and compliance deliverables.
• Support stakeholder engagement, including meetings, workshops and communications.
• Coordinate QARA subject matter experts to give timely input into enterprise projects.
• Track task progress and escalate risks or issues to the Project Manager.
• Assist with data collection, analysis and dashboard updates.
• Contribute to change adoption and transition-to-BAU activities, ensuring compliance deliverables are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years' experience in project coordination or support.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in developing project management capability in a regulated industry.
• Preferred: familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, experience in a regulated healthcare or medtech environment, and experience with Manufacturing MES or supply chain.
