Join the Regional Technology & Operations recruitment team at Charterhouse Partnership as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. No prior recruitment experience is required – we focus on the right mindset, ambition and desire to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client organisations.
• Develop a specialist market and professional network within technology and operations sectors.
• Identify and approach new business opportunities to generate pipeline.
• Conduct candidate interviews and understand career motivations.
• Manage negotiations and close placements.
• Build a sustainable recruitment business rather than simply filling jobs.

Required profile

• Competitive, target‑driven attitude and enjoyment of meeting new people.
• Desire for rapid career progression and earnings that reflect performance.
• Resilience, curiosity and a strong desire to win.
• Willingness to learn, improve and persist when faced with challenges.
