Associate Robotics Technician – On-site Deployment

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Robotics Technician to deploy, commission and maintain autonomous delivery robots at client sites across Singapore. The role is hands‑on, field‑focused and offers the chance to work directly with cutting‑edge robotics hardware in real‑world environments.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, configure and commission autonomous robots at customer locations.
• Perform testing, calibration, and integration with lifts, building systems and networks.
• Monitor robot performance during live operations and troubleshoot hardware, software or network issues.
• Escalate complex problems with detailed logs and documentation.
• Conduct routine maintenance, battery management and basic repairs to keep robots deployment‑ready.
• Assist in testing new features and provide on‑site feedback for product improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site across Singapore and handle physical hardware.
• Responsible, reliable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of robotics or automation systems.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems (optional but a plus).
• Basic networking knowledge (optional).
• Python scripting knowledge (optional).
