About the role
We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Architect to lead mixed‑use and infrastructure projects in Singapore, overseeing design through delivery and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through to completion.
- Manage multidisciplinary design teams, resources and deliverables.
- Oversee technical documentation, drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and regulatory stakeholders.
- Support statutory submissions and compliance requirements.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Required profile
- 10–15 years of architectural experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Strong design, technical and project leadership capabilities.
- Proven experience managing teams and client relationships.
- Experience in mixed‑use and/or infrastructure projects.
- BOA registration in Singapore advantageous; certifications such as GMP or GMFP a plus.
