Associate / Senior Associate Restructuring

About the role

Interpath, an international advisory business with a presence across many countries including Singapore, is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate for its Restructuring practice. The Singapore office was launched in 2026, and the Asia platform, led by an experienced Managing Director, is building a Restructuring & Financial Advisory practice. You will work across restructuring, advisory and insolvency engagements with exposure to wider specialisms.

Key responsibilities

• All forms of corporate insolvency appointments
• Restructuring advisory for underperforming or financially distressed businesses and their stakeholders
• Accelerated M&A transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
• Turnaround support, including cost reduction and working capital optimisation
• Options analysis to support stakeholder decisions
• Cash flow forecasting and ongoing cash management
• Working with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on high-profile mandates

Required profile

• Demonstrated interest in, or completion of, a recognised professional accounting qualification such as CFA, Singapore Chartered Accountant, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
• Experience in investment banking, professional services or a Big Four firm is highly desirable
• Demonstrable experience managing assignments in restructuring, turnaround or insolvency advisory
• Experience developing client relationships and advising on restructuring solutions
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
