Audit Support Associate

About the role

The firm is looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated person to support its audit team. The role performs specific audit tasks and procedures during engagements, collaborates with and supports the auditors, reports to the team managers and works closely with stakeholders, including external parties.

Key responsibilities

• Execute audit tasks under supervision, such as retrieving and inspecting physical documents according to audit procedures, documenting findings, preparing working papers and handling administrative tasks
• Ensure timely completion and submission of designated tasks and timely updates to the auditors
• Help organise, schedule and coordinate between auditors and internal and external stakeholders as requested
• Carry out other ad hoc tasks assigned by managers or partners

Required profile

• At least GCE O/A/N Level with years of experience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive and helpful attitude
• Good interpersonal skills and professional communication with all levels
• High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
• Good command of spoken and written English

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic computer software applications
