Authentication Platforms Production Support Analyst (Authentication and Mobile Security)

About the role

Citi is hiring a Production Support Analyst for its Authentication Platforms team in Singapore, covering authentication and mobile security. The role partners with multiple technology teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements and solve complex problems, while advising on technology and operations. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with technology teams to integrate functions and meet goals, and with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to document system impacts and support requirements.
• Analyze existing system logic, identify problems and recommend and implement solutions; define system scope and objectives for complex application enhancements.
• Identify risks, vulnerabilities and security issues, communicate their impact and propose mitigation options.
• Act as advisor or coach to new or junior analysts, allocate work and influence strategic functional decisions.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold compliance with laws and regulations, adhere to policy and escalate control issues transparently.

Required profile

• 6-10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience working or leading requirement-gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at once.
• Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and service-oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Hands-on administration and troubleshooting on Linux (Red Hat) or other Unix-based platforms.
• Identity, multifactor authentication and privileged access tools such as Cisco ISE, Safeword Premier Access and end-to-end encryption.
• Operations and monitoring tools such as Tivoli, AutoSys, ServiceNow and AppDynamics, and servers such as Apache, IIS, WebLogic or WebSphere.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ITIL or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
