Automation Engineer – Digital Workplace (IAM & Endpoint Automation)

About the role

Join a digitally native bank in Singapore as an Automation Engineer within the Digital Workplace team. You will drive secure, efficient identity and access management and automate endpoint operations to deliver a delightful employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IAM solutions (Okta Identity Engine, Entra ID) and implement authentication, authorization, and lifecycle policies.
• Develop and automate day‑to‑day End User Computing tasks, including application packaging, Windows and macOS patching, and endpoint configuration.
• Build DevOps pipelines and workflows for end‑to‑end deployments, leveraging Infrastructure as Code.
• Create service dashboards to monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and security gaps.
• Enhance and maintain Atlassian Jira for process automation, custom workflows, and virtual‑agent support.
• Participate in EUC projects such as base image upgrades, Office 365 collaboration suite rollout, and OS optimisation.
• Administer Okta SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), troubleshoot access issues, and develop Okta Workflows with connectors.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to continuously improve the digital workspace.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT.
• Minimum 10 years experience in end‑user computing and automation engineering within the banking sector.
• Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automated deployments (Harness).
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell, API orchestration, and scripting.
• Extensive experience with Intune, JAMF, endpoint security compliance scanning and auto‑remediation.
• Okta Certified Administrator (or higher) preferred.
