Automotive Technician – Boon Lay (Up to $2800)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Automotive Technician to join our team at Boon Lay. You will be responsible for a wide range of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical tasks on various vehicles, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair, maintenance, overhaul, service, replacement, removal, and installation tasks (mechanical).
• Conduct lubricant replacement, greasing, and flushing for hydraulic systems.
• Execute wiring replacement, tracking, and diagnostic work (electrical).
• Operate machinery such as overhead cranes, buffering machines, hydraulic presses, and drilling machines.
• Work at height when climbing up and down vehicles.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards, including sweeping, clearing debris, and washing parts and vehicles.
• Undertake any additional ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Engineering Certificate (Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma).
• At least 1 year of technical experience involving hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical work.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Basic understanding of tools and their usage.
• Experience with Amour vehicles during NSF service is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Boon Lay location.

What we offer

• Contract length of 1 year (renewable/convertible).
• Monthly salary range SGD 2,500 – 2,800 plus a completion bonus.
