Automotive Training Manager

About the role

Eurokars Group is looking for an Automotive Training Manager to lead training initiatives across sales and aftersales functions. The role ensures alignment with principal standards while boosting team capability, product knowledge, and customer experience throughout the retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Define training objectives that support principal KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales and aftersales stakeholders to identify needs and create structured training roadmaps.
• Attend Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and adapt content for local delivery.
• Curate, develop, and maintain training materials and learning content.
• Deliver training via in‑person and virtual platforms.
• Apply learning principles to improve training effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Oversee end‑to‑end training execution and governance.
• Manage mystery‑shopping initiatives and uphold retail/service standards.
• Provide coaching to enhance staff performance.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Retail Operations.
• Experience in both sales and aftersales training preferred.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and content development abilities.
• Proven ability to translate learning into measurable business impact.
• Prior exposure to OEM or principal brands is advantageous.
• Passion for automobiles is essential.
