Autonomous Vehicle Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Autonomous Vehicle Operations Supervisor (AVOS) owns the shift, ensuring driver safety, fleet deployment and operational output for Moove AV’s autonomous fleet. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage on‑road performance, coordinate with Central Operations and respond swiftly to any incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage driver deployment for each shift, confirming attendance, fitness to operate and vehicle‑driver pairing.
• Conduct shift briefings and debriefings covering objectives, safety alerts and policy updates.
• Serve as primary point of contact for field drivers, handling real‑time queries and operational issues.
• Oversee on‑road performance, track mileage, utilization and efficiency, and ensure no minute or mile is wasted.
• Escalate and manage on‑road incidents, vehicle malfunctions, near‑misses and emergencies.
• Maintain full visibility of the deployed fleet in collaboration with Central Operations.

Required profile

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
• Minimum 3 years experience in transport operations, fleet supervision or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead a frontline team in a shift‑based, safety‑critical environment.
• Strong situational awareness and uncompromising commitment to safety.
• Clear communicator in English, able to operate under pressure.
• Willingness to work a fixed shift pattern (early morning, afternoon or overnight) as part of a 24/7 operation.

Required skills

• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle (AV) technology.
• Experience with telematics platforms or fleet management software.
