Aviation Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Aviation Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives for our aviation portfolio across Singapore, Malaysia and the broader APAC region. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving business growth, building client relationships and promoting our aircraft and component solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market share in the aviation sector.
• Identify new business opportunities with airlines, operators, MROs and aviation partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for clients.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to meet customer requirements.
• Travel regularly across the APAC region to engage customers and develop business.

Required profile

• 2–10 years of experience in aviation sales, business development or marketing.
• Demonstrated ability in sales management, client relationship management and negotiation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the Business & General Aviation (BGA) market or commercial aviation sector.
