AVP/VP of Revenue Management

About the role

The AVP/VP of Revenue Management will lead strategic revenue initiatives across a portfolio of hotels in Singapore. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for driving top‑line performance, optimizing inventory, and ensuring the group’s pricing and reservation policies deliver maximum profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a group‑wide revenue management and reservations strategy, ensuring optimal pricing across all distribution channels.
• Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and key performance indicators to adjust tactics and maximize revenue.
• Oversee revenue forecasts, budgeting processes, and regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Provide training and development programs to maintain consistent best practices across properties.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with OTAs, third‑party vendors, and distribution partners to optimise online presence and costs.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor performance, and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and support the company’s sustainability and inclusion efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in revenue and reservations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing revenue strategies across multiple properties and multi‑brand clusters.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
