B2B Account Manager (Home Improvement)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive B2B Account Manager to grow our interior‑designer and contractor channel in Singapore. You will leverage your existing network of designers, contractors and renovation firms to generate recurring project business for Wood Origins, a premium provider of flooring, decking and architectural wall flutes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand a portfolio of trade accounts within the interior‑design and construction sectors.
• Convert existing relationships into regular orders by managing the full sales cycle – specification, quotation, delivery and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and account activity using CRM/sales‑tracking tools.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Monitor account performance, identify upselling opportunities and drive customer retention.

Required profile

• Proven, portable network of interior designers, contractors or renovation firms in Singapore.
• Demonstrated track record of turning professional relationships into sales revenue.
• Experience in B2B or trade sales within interior design, building‑materials or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis, including site visits and client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
