Back of House Specialist (Retail)

About the role

Join the retail team as a Back of House Specialist, ensuring the store runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will manage stock placement, process deliveries quickly, and maintain a clean, safe environment for the entire shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute bi‑annual stocktakes to maintain accuracy and minimise shrinkage.
• Monitor sales trends to optimise stockroom layout and replenishment.
• Keep the back‑of‑house area tidy, organised and safe at all times.
• Lead fast, accurate stockroom processes while protecting inventory.
• Handle inventory movements between stores and the warehouse on schedule.
• Ensure stockroom supplies are replenished and work areas are ready for use.
• Process deliveries promptly to keep the shop floor fully stocked.

Required profile

• Experience in retail, fashion, footwear or FMCG is advantageous.
• Basic computer proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
