Backend Development Engineer (Golang/Java)

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Development Engineer proficient in Golang and Java to join our technical team. You will help design, build, and optimise the core services that power our products, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, and testing of company products.
• Develop Golang/Java backend services, including API design, coding, and unit testing.
• Perform performance tuning to improve system stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve technical challenges and resolve project issues.
• Stay updated with Golang and Java ecosystem trends and share knowledge.
• Document technical details to aid team understanding and project tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer‑related field.
• At least 2 years of professional Golang or Java development experience.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and coding best practices.
• Experience with microservice architecture and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with RPC mechanisms and message‑queue systems.
• Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to handle pressure.
