About the role
We are looking for a professional Beautician to join our island‑wide network of salons in Singapore. You will deliver personalized skin treatments, ensuring each client receives a relaxing and effective experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skin and facial treatments based on client needs.
- Schedule client appointments and manage the booking system.
- Enter and maintain accurate client information and treatment records.
- Conduct pre‑treatment and post‑treatment consultations.
- Respond to client queries, offering product and service recommendations.
- Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Handle stock taking and ensure treatment rooms are clean and organized.
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Well‑groomed appearance with a positive attitude.
- Strong team player with good time‑management and organizational skills.
- Customer‑focused, sales‑oriented, and service‑driven.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
