Billing Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Billing Clerk to manage job files, quotations and logistics cost calculations. You will generate accurate invoices using iLogon and ensure proper documentation for compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Register and manage job files and quotation lines, maintaining accurate records.
• Calculate charges based on tariffs, depot receipts, LOLO costs and other expenses.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors and depots to verify logistics costs.
• Generate standard and reimbursement invoices in the iLogon system.
• Attach supporting documentation to all invoices for audit compliance.
• Maintain weekly billing summary reports and update customer reference numbers.
• Liaise with internal teams to confirm job details before issuing invoices.
• Email e‑invoices or manual invoices according to customer requirements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in container trucking.
• Basic knowledge of Portnet, depot processes, SAP and transport billing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP/invoicing systems (iLogon, SAP).
