BIM Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our interior design team in Singapore. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 3D models, producing shop drawings, and ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Construct 3D models and prepare detailed shop drawings for authority submission and construction.
• Update the BIM model with the latest information and verify the accuracy of all drawings.
• Identify and communicate clashes to the Project Design Team.
• Support the team in managing Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Collaborate with site safety personnel and adhere to the company Safety Management System and WSHA regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Management or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design firms.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and good communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure).
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Ability to produce accurate shop drawings.
