BIM Drafter – Contract Position

About the role

We are seeking a skilled BIM Drafter to join our project team on a contract basis in Singapore. The successful candidate will create and maintain accurate building information models, Revit and AutoCAD drawings that meet project specifications and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Produce precise BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD drawings in line with project requirements.
• Update and revise drawings to reflect design changes, site conditions, and client feedback.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Support site inspections, coordination meetings and provide design clarifications as needed.
• Maintain high standards of drawing quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver responsive design support to clients and contribute to project delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience in BIM drafting within the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
