BIM Engineer

About the role

VB+E PTE. LTD., a civil and structural engineering consultancy in Singapore, is seeking a BIM Engineer / Digital Delivery Leader. The role focuses on advancing BIM standards, automating workflows, and driving smart, AI‑enabled design delivery across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM modelling, coordination and digital delivery across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain advanced BIM standards, workflows and Execution Plans.
• Coordinate models and digital deliverables with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Produce structural BIM models, drawings and authority submissions.
• Support design, analysis, tender and project delivery processes.
• Identify and implement productivity improvements through automation and digital tools.
• Explore and pilot AI‑enabled workflows for modelling, documentation and coordination.
• Mentor BIM team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a BIM‑related diploma.
• At least 4 years of experience in BIM modelling, coordination or digital delivery.
• Strong knowledge of structural BIM modelling and drawing production.
• Ability to manage BIM processes independently across disciplines.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and planning skills.
• Curious, hands‑on mindset with interest in AI, automation and digital engineering.
