BIM Modeler – Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler specialized in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services to join our dynamic team in Singapore. You will work closely with engineers, BIM coordinators and other discipline leads to create accurate, clash‑free BIM models that support project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop BIM models for M&E services.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to avoid clashes during modelling.
• Follow BIM coordinator instructions to resolve identified clashes.
• Maintain systems, layers, filters, and Revit families with correct parameters according to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project requirements.
• Set up drawing sheets and generate PDF deliverables.
• Liaise with team leaders, engineers and BIM coordinators to meet submission requirements.
• Ensure all BIM documentation aligns with project standards and timelines.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow BIM standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Capability to manage and organise BIM data, families, and documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
