Principal Engineer (Water Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Engineer to lead water infrastructure projects in Singapore. The role combines project management, design oversight and construction supervision to deliver high‑quality water pipeline systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and manage the construction of water infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and liaise with authorities such as PUB and other regulatory bodies.
• Act as Qualified Person (QP) and Superintending Officer Representative (SOR) where required.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Singapore with at least 3 years of practising experience.
• Minimum 10 years of design experience on infrastructure projects, including PUB water pipeline projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and engineering practices.
