Executive Engineer – Geotechnical

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Engineer specialized in Geotechnical engineering to join our team in Singapore. You will play a key role in addressing complex ground challenges for infrastructure and building projects, delivering innovative and safe solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute ground investigations and subsequent characterisations.
• Develop design concepts for geotechnical works such as tunnels, basements, and slope stabilisations.
• Perform analyses and detailed designs for geotechnical structures, including structural components where required.
• Coordinate with developers, contractors, authorities, and multidisciplinary engineers throughout project delivery.
• Provide technical management and oversight for geotechnical design activities.

Required profile

• A recognised Civil and Structural Engineering degree approved by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Prior experience in geotechnical engineering projects (preferred).
• Familiarity with local codes, regulations, Eurocodes and authority submission requirements.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with geotechnical design software such as Plaxis.
• Knowledge of civil/geotechnical design standards and codes.
