BIM Modeller Intern (Plumbing Systems)

About the role

Fuku is hiring a BIM Modeller Intern in Singapore, working on plumbing systems. The internship lasts 3, 6 or 12 months and involves preparing 3D BIM models, producing drawings and supporting site coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and developing 3D BIM models for plumbing systems using Revit.
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
• Update and modify BIM models according to project requirements.
• Ensure drawings follow project standards and BIM guidelines.
• Help coordinate with consultants and other trades to resolve drawing issues.
• Support submission drawings and documentation.
• Secondary scope: assist the site team in basic coordination, check drawing discrepancies and update models, and take part in site visits.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work independently with guidance.
• Good attitude and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Revit at basic to intermediate level.
• Able to produce BIM drawings and 3D modelling work.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
