BIM Modeller

About the role

We are looking for a Junior BIM Modeller to join our construction and engineering team across Singapore. The role supports BIM Coordinators throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date digital models for design, construction and fabrication.

Key responsibilities

• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM models throughout the project life cycle.
• Create and update BIM models based on contract drawings and the latest project information.
• Maintain model integrity and quality, generating documentation and shop drawings as required.
• Produce BIM deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication stages.
• Develop BIM models with correct parameters and attributes for qualification and 4D simulation.
• Identify and flag discrepancies during the design stage for BIM Coordinators.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Architectural, Civil & Structural, Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience on C&S or architectural projects.
• Ability to complete models and shop drawings in a timely and quality‑focused manner.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
