BIM Modeller – Junior Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior BIM Modeller to join our construction team in Singapore. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal engineers to produce accurate BIM models that support design, coordination, and as‑built documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and consultants using Revit to develop and maintain BIM models.
• Ensure the accuracy of construction documents, parameters, and information within the BIM environment.
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for construction, coordination, and as‑built purposes.
• Update models and CAD drawings to reflect site condition changes.
• Support planning and design for civil and structural engineering projects.
• Set up project base files and ensure compliance with approved BIM and CAD standards.
• Review work for completeness and submit deliverables on schedule.
• Continuously learn and apply new digital design tools.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma, degree or specialist qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or BIM/VDC.
• Minimum two years of CAD and BIM experience, preferably with local project exposure.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality and integrity.
• Ability to develop training material and provide ongoing education.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM Collaborate.
• Familiarity with Navisworks.
