BIM Modeller (Plumbing)

About the role

Fuku is looking for a BIM Modeller (Plumbing) with experience in HDB projects to support its plumbing works. The role is based in Tai Seng and focuses mainly on BIM modelling, with occasional basic site coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing systems
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings
• Ensure models comply with HDB standards and project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, the main contractor and other trades to resolve clashes
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Support submission drawings and documentation
• Provide basic support to the site team and help resolve drawing discrepancies on site

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM modelling experience (plumbing)
• Mandatory HDB project experience
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Preferred: diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related field; familiarity with Singapore construction standards and submission process

What we offer

• Salary range of $3,500 - $4,500
• 0-20% monthly performance-related pay
• 2% monthly medical allowance
