BIM Modeller/Coordinator

About the role

The role involves BIM modelling, coordination, and documentation across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring compliance with project and contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP.
• Perform clash detection, model auditing, and coordination reviews with project teams.
• Prepare documentation and deliverables in line with project and contract specifications.
• Support the implementation of digital workflows and integrate BIM models into project management systems.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet client expectations and align with project objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of BIM and VDC experience.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM or a related discipline.
• Zoom accreditation in DDM Tier 4 or equivalent qualifications.
• Formal training in BIM and VDC software.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
• Proficiency with Navisworks.
• Proficiency with Dynamo.
• Proficiency with Tekla.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks.
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD.
• Proficiency with ACC.
