About the role
Support daily operations of a high‑end luxury boutique, drive sales performance and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in achieving store sales targets and performance goals.
- Lead and support the sales team in their daily activities.
- Implement sales, customer engagement and service improvement initiatives.
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide after‑sales service and customer follow‑up when required.
- Maintain neat product displays and a well‑kept store environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support staff coaching, training and development.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, including a supervisory or senior role in luxury retail.
- Strong leadership, sales, customer service and store operations experience.
- Sales‑driven mindset with good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
