Brand Ambassador - Luxury Retail

About the role

A global travel retailer, distributor and duty-free operator is recruiting Brand Ambassadors for a luxury fashion boutique set to open in October at Changi Airport Terminal 2, in partnership with a renowned French luxury brand. As Brand Ambassador, you will welcome guests, act as the client relationship owner and help build long-term relationships while delivering strong sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and inspire them with excellent product knowledge, exceptional customer service and warm hospitality.
• Deliver strong business performance by achieving sales targets, key performance indicators and CRM targets.
• Build brand awareness through storytelling and stay up to date with trends, competitor services, promotions and marketing activities.
• Manage stock requirements to fulfil orders and keep the store visually aligned with guidelines and properly kept.
• Comply with store guidelines, policies and standards, and give feedback for continuous improvement.
• Engage with colleagues personally and professionally and contribute to the team's success.

Required profile

• Practical experience in sales or a customer-oriented business, preferably in retail luxury brands with an established client base.
• Good command of English; an additional language is an advantage.
• Openness to varied shifts, from early morning to late evening, depending on business needs.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Point of Sale systems.
• Strong teamwork, communication and sales skills, with the ability to understand customers from diverse cultural backgrounds through active listening.
• Ability to work well under pressure to achieve business goals.
