Brand & Creative Designer

About the role

You will join a small, four‑person growth content pod that handles organic social, paid media and partnership initiatives. The team operates without layers, so your designs go straight to market.

Key responsibilities

• Design ad creatives for paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create visual and short‑form video content for organic social channels, including daily posts.
• Produce brand and partnership assets for collaborations and campaigns.
• Develop concepts from idea through to final execution.
• Shoot, light and edit video content when required.
• Collaborate closely with social and paid‑media leads as a unified team.

Required profile

• A brand‑focused creative who can own ideas from concept to final output.
• Strong portfolio showcasing polished brand work and fast, raw social content.
• Hands‑on production ability to create assets independently, end‑to‑end.
• Experience in marketing intangible products such as fintech apps or services is a plus.
• Interest in AI‑assisted creative workflows, with willingness to learn on the job.
