Branding & Partnerships Specialist – Singapore Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Branding & Partnerships Specialist to join our Singapore Marketing – Brand & Communications team. The role focuses on creating and managing strategic partnerships and brand collaborations that drive engagement and user acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow new and existing relationships with top brands and organisations in Singapore to deliver win‑win partnerships.
• Research, identify and implement innovative partnership models for marketing initiatives.
• Conceptualise, develop and execute partnership campaigns, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
• Coordinate marketing resources across multiple teams to achieve campaign objectives.
• Review and analyse partnership performance, extracting insights for continuous improvement and new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in marketing and partnerships with a proven track record of relationship building and project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple end‑to‑end projects and meet timelines.
• Analytical mindset to derive actionable insights from data.
• Detail‑oriented with a collaborative, solution‑focused approach.
