Broking Executive

About the role

This full‑time position is within the General Insurance Department, responsible for supporting broker activities and client servicing in Singapore’s central business district.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day client servicing and respond to queries.
• Manage and track renewal notices for insurance policies.
• Communicate with underwriters and coordinate documentation.
• Assist brokers with required paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Diploma, A‑Level or Degree qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in general insurance broking (new entrants may be considered).
• Full certification in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI); additional certifications in health, financial advisory, life or investment‑linked policies are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
