Building Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Building Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site activities, coordinate teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to quality standards. The role involves direct supervision of workers, resource planning and problem resolution on construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks according to project priorities and plans.
• Develop work schedules and monitor worker attendance.
• Allocate general and specific responsibilities to site personnel.
• Supervise, train and mentor construction workers.
• Ensure sufficient manpower and resources are available.
• Enforce safety precautions and maintain quality standards.
• Identify and resolve issues as they arise.
• Monitor material usage and minimise waste.
• Address employee concerns promptly and collaborate with management for solutions.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a site supervisor in construction.
