Building Executive – Commercial Office Building

About the role

We are seeking a Building Executive to oversee the day‑to‑day operations and upkeep of a commercial office building in Singapore. The role involves ensuring the premises, common areas and facilities remain in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate rectification works to maintain building condition.
• Manage building services including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, car‑park operations, access systems, fire safety and general maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors, M&E teams and service providers for scheduled maintenance, inspections, fit‑out/reinstatement works and improvement projects.
• Support budgeting, procurement and contract administration, obtain quotations, monitor service contracts and maintain proper records.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders, respond to feedback, liaise with authorities and participate in emergency response and fire safety activities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Building Management or Facilities Management.
• At least 3 years of relevant building/facilities management experience in commercial office buildings.
• Good understanding of building operations, maintenance, fire safety, contractor management and tenant coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented approach.
• Proactive, organised team player able to work independently.
