Business Analyst – Data‑Driven Insights

About the role

The Business Analyst will collect, analyse, interpret and present data to support decision‑making and provide actionable insights across the organisation. The role uses statistical and analytical methods to identify trends, patterns and anomalies, delivering strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a business enablement team to design, develop, execute and implement data‑driven projects and solutions.
• Perform data collection, analysis and visualisation (PowerBI) for assigned projects, generating insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to run experiments, validate results and communicate findings.
• Develop mathematical and financial models, data‑driven apps and dashboards to translate data into intelligence.
• Contribute to data‑quality governance, including process, standards and rules.
• Work independently on moderate‑scope problems, applying professional judgement and company policies.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in business or financial data analytics, database management, statistical analysis or a related field.
