Business Analyst – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to partner with business leaders, technology, and operations teams in Singapore. The role will act as a trusted advisor, translating business demands into feasible technology and operational solutions while supporting the Business Technology & Operations (Biz T&O) Head in prioritising requests and managing the project pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor for new business demands requiring technology or operational enablement.
• Support the Biz T&O Head in prioritising requests, providing insights, and planning the project pipeline.
• Develop high‑level solution concepts, align them with the enterprise technology roadmap, and ensure feasibility.
• Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and technology teams to define and analyse requirements.
• Lead scoping and evaluation of new initiatives, considering scalability, maintainability, cost, and risk.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for solution delivery, testing, and user acceptance.
• Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth change implementation.

Required profile

• Strong domain knowledge in banking risk management, PDPA, and client tax (CRS) reporting is a plus.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on, resourceful team player comfortable with data analysis and rapid Excel mock‑ups.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while keeping delivery goals in focus.
• Understanding of technology and operational processes across banking functions.
• Familiarity with change management and project management fundamentals.
• Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
