Business Development & Acquisition Associate (1-Year Contract)

About the role

As a Business Development & Acquisition Associate at SPX Express, you will help expand the hyperlocal logistics network across Southeast Asia by securing new partners, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive revenue and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with non‑Shopee sellers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
• Collaborate with the acquisition team to increase market share and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and operational metrics to optimise revenue and meet targets.
• Work with team managers to define, implement, and execute growth strategies.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure synchronized strategic implementation and a satisfactory customer experience.
• Lead in‑team projects to establish improvement processes and launch new initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e‑commerce is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales or business development is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of client‑facing work.
• Good business acumen and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, self‑driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
