Key responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, operation and breakdown.
• Represent the brand professionally at events and activations.
• Engage with customers, providing product or brand information.
• Support event coordinators and follow event schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event space.
• Adhere to health, safety and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Previous event, hospitality or customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
