Business Development Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to own the operational backbone of our regional sales process across Asia. You will work side‑by‑side with senior sales and practice leads, supporting deals with banks, asset managers, wealth managers and private banks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the regional sales CRM with accurate contacts, deal stages and pipeline status, flagging stalled deals and supporting forecasting.
• Draft and prepare proposals, contracts and sales paperwork, coordinating with Legal, Finance and practice teams.
• Plan and execute regional sales campaigns by practice and country, prospecting target institutions using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and building targeted contact lists.
• Book qualified appointments, manage scheduling and ensure timely follow‑ups throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate travel logistics and provide general administrative support for the regional sales function.

Required profile

• More than 2 years of experience in regional sales support, business development or client services.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Freshsales.
• Highly organised, meticulous and process‑driven with strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and similar tools for prospecting.
• A proactive, "whatever it takes" mindset to move deals forward.
