Business Development Executive – Automotive

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth of our AI‑driven automotive solutions in Singapore. You will work closely with automotive dealers, finance partners and ecosystem players to generate new business and expand our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a local business development plan aligned with company strategy and Singapore market dynamics.
- Identify, prospect and nurture relationships with dealer owners, principals, general managers and sales managers.
- Conduct needs analysis, product demos, solution presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, operations and delivery teams for client onboarding, pilot implementation and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client feedback, providing insights for product and pricing enhancements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, visit records and forecast to ensure visibility and target achievement.
- Support channel development, ecosystem partnerships and brand visibility initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven track record in SaaS, automotive or advertising/marketing sales with a strong hunter mentality.
- Minimum university degree.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) to liaise with China headquarters.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Required skills
- Experience selling SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of automotive dealer and finance ecosystems.
