About the role

Join OOM, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency, as a Business Development Executive focused on B2B sales. You will help businesses expand their reach using data‑driven digital marketing solutions while benefiting from structured training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to grow the customer base.
  • Make an average of 100 cold calls daily to generate leads.
  • Set at least 10 qualified appointments per week to advance sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets in a performance‑driven environment.
  • Maintain motivation to maximize earnings through uncapped commissions.

Required profile

  • Experience in B2B sales or a strong drive to succeed in sales roles.
  • Resilient, goal‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Interest in digital marketing; prior experience is a plus but not required.
