Business Development Executive – ICT, IT & Cloud Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new opportunities and grow sales of ICT, POS systems, hardware, software and cloud solutions across Singapore. You will work from our Tai Seng office, collaborating closely with technical and support teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ICT and technology sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, meetings, quotations, negotiations to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate IT, POS and cloud solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Follow up on enquiries, technical issues and payment collection.

Required profile

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in ICT, POS systems, hardware, software or cloud solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
