Business Development Executive

About the role

Regent Express, a global freight solution provider, is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and strengthen existing relationships. The role offers autonomy and requires a street‑smart professional who enjoys building rapport and delivering world‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new leads and reconnect with past contacts through calls, meetings and emails.
• Build long‑term client relationships by delivering speed, attention to detail and exceptional service.
• Manage the full sales pipeline: lead tracking, follow‑ups, quotations, negotiations and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate client records and keep the sales database up to date.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to prepare quotations and finalize deals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.
• Operational experience in logistics is a strong advantage.
• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Self‑driven, resilient, resourceful and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
