Business Development Executive

About the role

Kensington Trust Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to support the Director, Head of Client Relationship. The role focuses on expanding the firm’s trust and fiduciary services within the high‑net‑worth, tax, legal, private banking and broader financial services markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Assist in client service and administrative tasks for the Director.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
• Create presentation decks and marketing materials for client meetings.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for existing clients.
• Act as the primary client‑facing representative for intermediaries, handling day‑to‑day inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma in any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, business development, client service or onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Client‑centric mindset with a solid sense of risk awareness.
