Business Development Executive – Packaging Industry

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships within the packaging sector. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and help the company increase its market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with current customers.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share.
• Conduct customer visits to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospects and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage delivery schedules, installations, and project documentation.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up as needed.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or Business from a recognised institution.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in engineering or packaging industries.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
