Business Development Executive – Private Jets (Indonesian speaking)

About the role

Join Air Charter Service’s private jets division as a Business Development Executive focused on the Indonesian market. You will start as a trainee, paired with a mentor, to learn the end‑to‑end charter process and build relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop a pipeline of potential Indonesian clients for private jet and helicopter charters.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate accounts.
• Collaborate with operators and internal teams to ensure seamless charter execution.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs, including revenue and client acquisition goals.
• Travel frequently, often on short notice, to meet clients and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing role within luxury products or services.
• Strong client‑focus with proven ability to build lasting relationships.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to learn the aviation charter industry.
• Flexible schedule; the role is not a standard 9‑to‑5 position.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
