Business Development Manager – APAC

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the commercial launch and growth of our electronics manufacturing services across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role will focus on expanding our Vietnam‑based production capabilities while building strong relationships with regional OEMs and sourcing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new EMS and PCBA outsourcing opportunities throughout APAC.
• Build and nurture relationships with sourcing, supply‑chain, and engineering stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Management and Key Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS/PCBA).
• Proven track record working with OEMs, design houses, or regional sourcing teams.
• Strong understanding of APAC manufacturing ecosystems, especially Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Structured, self‑driven, and results‑oriented mindset with willingness to travel across APAC.
